1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Likedit666. By accessing the Likedit666 website or using the mobile application and related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Likedit666 provides private social game rooms in which participants can view and vote on video content made available through their connected TikTok account. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued as the service evolves.
3. TikTok connection and content
You control whether to connect TikTok and which permissions to grant. You represent that you are authorized to use the TikTok account you connect. Likedit666 does not claim ownership of TikTok content. TikTok content remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies. We use authorized metadata, thumbnails, and playback references only to provide the requested game features.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for activity performed through your account. You must not misuse the service, interfere with another player's experience, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use automated requests to abuse the service.
5. Rooms, scores, and saved reveals
Room codes are intended for people you invite. Scores and rankings are game results and may be recalculated when the server receives a corrected vote or connection state. A saved reveal is a convenience feature and may become unavailable when the underlying TikTok content or authorization expires.
6. Apple distribution
The iOS application is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is responsible for App Store billing, refunds, and certain distribution services. Any purchase or subscription is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Likedit666 disclaims warranties relating to uninterrupted availability, third-party content, and the accuracy of user-submitted information. Likedit666 will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.
9. Changes and contact
